My name is Anna, I am a mother of two beautiful sons. I was born in Russia in the Northern Urals. I have Romanian roots and study Romanian. As a therapist I work in Russia, Cyprus, Turkey and Romania.
My journey into loving people began long ago as a child. I grew up with an increased sensitivity to other people’s pain, with a desire to help anyone and everyone, with great love and understanding for them. Since childhood, I realised for myself that healing the body is impossible only with the help of drugs. I saw that the cause of people’s suffering lies not only on the physical level, but discovering where else this can manifest itself, which form it takes up and how to help eliminate it is still something I am learning. This is an amazing journey into the human universe.
My education in medicine and a scientific degree in chemistry allow me to look at a human, the body, and the relationship of people both from the point of view of science, disassembling the body and relationships into molecules and atoms, and from the spiritual side through the sensations of energy, the visualisation of which is based on knowledge in science.
My approach to the healing process lies on different levels. On the physical level, I apply recovery techniques through specific exercises, lymphatic drainage, and myofascial massage, through osteopathic techniques and cranio-sacral therapy. On the emotional and energetic level, work goes on with the deep layers of the psyche through a soft and gentle touch on the body.
The body is both a guide to the root of problems and protection. Only through the body is it possible for us to gently and safely reach the heaviest emotional and energetic damage and, with the help of various psychological methods, carry out their release. In working with the deep layers of the psyche, I rely on techniques from Gestalt therapy, Jungian analysis and psychosynthesis. In the end, all this knowledge and these techniques, of course, are based on love for human, nature, the universe, God, on compassion and deep consent to a miracle. Acceptance of a miracle is a great source of inspiration in the healing process.
