Yoga Teacher and Coach
My therapeutic journey started with yoga, with the first yoga class I attended that really “hit” me, because I realized that I don’t really know where is up and where’s down, or right or left, but mostly I didn’t know how to distinguish between inside and outside, everything was just in one place, piled up.
Fast forward 10 years, I am now a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher (600H TTC). I have studied various styles of Yoga practice and I love to blend and customize the practice according to the energy of the group that presents itself to each of my classes. I also host meditation and breathing sessions, practices that are components of the yoga philosophy and a conscious life, lived in the present moment.
Besides this first love and passion which is yoga and everything it contains, another wonderful practice I love is coaching. Ever since my first child was born, I’ve felt that something in me doesn’t resonate with the traditional way we raise children, and I’ve been looking for a solution. I found it, but interestingly the problem was not outside, but inside.
