I share the belief with my teacher, friend and mentor, Judy Hall, the belief that we have chosen carefully the time and place of our birth according to the energy we need to learn and what we want to learn, throughout this lifetime.

So, if you think this is bogus – just stop here, all I have to say is based on that belief, that I consider knowledge. For me there is no need to proof it, I fully trust my soul’s knowledge.

You do not need to know about astrology when you come to a session or a workshop. I am not teaching astrolgoy, I am teaching awareness, awareness of the energy around you and awareness about the way your body communicates with your brain.

Life flows in cycles and the most visible cycle for everyone is our planetary system. Some of us feel the moon cycle very strong. We might feel more vibrant when the sun comes back on the place she was at our birth and we might be subject to high or low energy according to the Mars cycle.

The more we go out from the center, the more the energies effect groups of people, the more impersonal it gets, unless there is a direct or personal relation with the Planet far out there.

Astrology is incredible complex and even if I studied all my life, I feel there is still more to learn than I know already. But this might be me wanting to be perfect!

Experiential Astrology, a method I learned from and with Judy Hall and she was the one who handed over that experience when she came to Wayra Astrae in 2018 to hold our fist workshop together. She called it initiation and empowering then and I am proud to carry on.

I re-create the birthchart in a circle on the floor and my client steps into the middle. A chart is as if the earth is the center and our solar system is all around us. So, my client is the earth and feels the energies around.

Experiential Astrology is all about feeling, it is all about the body, not about the mind. Even if we need to understand what is going on, the main target is the feeling, the emotions coming up, it is to recognise the body’s reaction to a certain energy. You can trust your body to understand and guide you. Your body never lies, your mind might play tricks on you.

In a workshop there are more people entering the energies of different planets. If it is a one-to-one session, I will enter all planetary positions and we reflect on each one of them.

As I dislocate from knowledge, I channel the feeling and my body helps me to express. It gets as energetic as it needs to get. Sometimes the wishes of our ancestors came through for my client to clearly understand and decide if this is her/his path. If she/he really wants to carry on with the family traits or if time has come to change and bring healing for all.

It is a time and place to talk to family members that are no longer with us, or to confront a family member with a truth that has never been expressed openly. Once it is expressed by my client, change happens.

When we arrive at a blockage, a heavy energy around a subject, I use shamanic tools to clear that, to make it visible and so my client can choose to let go of it or to carry on. One thing is to carry a burden and do not know about it and a totally another thing is to know and consciously decide that time to let go has not yet come.

What I always admire is the way people come together in a workshop. In my own workshops and all the time during many workshops with Judy. Even when it is apparently random, there is nothing coincidental, all is syncronicity.
