Personal development is most often approached in adulthood, when in fact we have the greatest need for guidance and development during the first decisions and independent choices. As a career and life counselor, I support the young people I work with in identifying their potential, but also the trajectory they feel is suitable for their path in life. Whether it is about their vocation, career or the first steps towards a career, they lead them to choose and act with and out of passion.
