The way we come into the world, from the time we are in the womb to the moment of birth, deeply influences how we live, love, and create.

Birth is our first challenge, the first journey we take together with our mother. Whether she is supported or struggled during that process often determines the life strategies we later use: how we thrive in life, ask for help, or give up.

Just as we restart a phone when it’s blocked, we can also reset the blockages in our lives by revisiting and healing our own birth experience.
If you feel you’ve lost your purpose, carry a constant reluctance, or find yourself in a depressive or hopeless state, reconnecting with your original design, your birth blueprint, can bring you back to flow and vitality.

In this workshop, you will:

● Understand the roots of the patterns you repeat in life
● Explore the differences between natural birth and cesarean, early and late births
● Transform procrastination and the fear of starting
● Reconnect with your body and its natural rhythm
● Discover the emotional roots of physical illnesses
● Experience a shamanic journey to the womb, raising your energy and inner connection
● Reconnect with life and your ability to create

What we will do together:

● Explore your current struggles and blockages
● Journey back to the womb, from conception to birth, through guided shamanic processes
● Work with womb energies that influence your life, including abortions or vanishing twins
● Experience healing journeys to rewrite your birth experience and the way it impacts your present
● Learn how to integrate these new resources to manifest what you truly need in your life

This retreat is for you if you:

● Feel blocked in a toxic or repetitive relationship, or no relationship at all
● Are stuck in a job that drains your energy
● Feel lost, hopeless, depressed or without direction

The event will take place at Wayra Astrae, 1st floor, on February 21st and 22nd, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

There will be a lunch break from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, and two short 15-minute breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Participation is limited to 16 people due to the cozy size of the space.

Please bring a comfortable mat, two or three small pillows, and a blanket, to fully enjoy this restorative experience. 🌿
