“I invite you to my retreat in April from  3-7, which will take place in a beautiful place  Domeniul Cerbilor located in the north of Bukovina in a  valley called Delnita.

My retreat is dedicated to us women and helps us go through many transformational processes with the body, psyche and soul. I invite you to immerse yourself with me in studying yourself and your triad spirit-soul-body.

Learn to free the  body so that the soul is comfortable, learn to use and raise the spirit so that the soul and body can realize their potential. To achieve material goals, to find our path and purpose and realize ourselves, we need a healthy body, a free soul and a powerful spirit.

We will study each aspect with you and connect everything together and harmonize. We will learn to use the woman’s body as a vessel for the soul. I will give you many tools for a soft passage of natural changes in the female body. I will reveal to you the meaning of these changes and you will not be afraid to enter the age of 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ and beyond.

Together we will reveal the enormous potential of a mature woman. My goal is to help you enter adulthood or live in adulthood boldly, beautifully and resourcefully. During the retreat we will use techniques of restoration and self-correction of the body through movements, attention and techniques of recognizing energies and working with them.

 I will teach you to understand energies through the body and this will give you the opportunity to build your defense and manage your health.

I will teach you different types of breathing for working with the body and improving well-being. I will give you techniques for restoring your nervous system and helping your loved ones. I will teach you to open your heart, dissect fears and this will help you to reveal your intuition.

Together we will create a woman who will be comfortable and interested in living in adulthood. This will be a deep exploration of yourself and revealing the potential for your goals. The age of the participants is not limited. I ask you not to be shy and not to be afraid that you do not know how to do something.

Schedule:
3.04 Half day

Arrival in Bucovina. People arriving during the day or a day before. Getting together, getting to know eachother. We have dinner together and have a first circle to formally introduce ourselves during first fire. We do practice for opening space, group synchronization and starting healing process.

4.04 Full day
Morning practice in the forest. Melting and synchronisation with nature.
After breakfast and small break we will have somatic body work and special exercises for preparing body to deep healing work.
After lunch and small break we will do deep healing group therapy through body and energy.
After dinner we will do body practice with music.

5.04 Full day
Morning practice in nature with collection wood and natural materials for a big fire and healing practice with them.
After breakfast and small break we will have
body work with special equipment to create body like a support for next healing process after lunch
After lunch we will do voice and body healing practice in group.
After dinner we will have light body meditation and relaxing

6.04 Excursion and half day of work
This day we will sleep till the breakfast
After breakfast we are moving on excursion to wonderful locations in Bucovina. During walking we will collect wood and natural material for fire and for dialog with him.
Lunch in Campulung Moldovenesc
After lunch we will have body therapy in group to open the last tension before fire .
Dinner
After dinner we will do together big fire from our collection. We will connect fire language with body and will release everything and will do body-soul-spirit balance.

7.04 Half day/last day if practice
After breakfast we will have last support practice for body to integrate all topics.
During lunch we will share by our impressions and will close the space. We will say goodbye to each other until we meet again.
