A message from Monika
My journey with astrology began around 55 years ago, driven by a deep curiosity to understand myself.
I was about 15 when I began studying my own birth chart, with astrology books and ephemerides in front of me, following the actual movement of the planets and observing the relationship between the transits, my natal chart and what I was experiencing in my own life.
Since then, astrology has remained a continuous journey of study, exploration and experience.
I studied with the Swiss School of Astrology, deepened my understanding of evolutionary astrology through the work of Jeffrey Wolf Green, attended courses with Kaypacha and Sandra Nicolayson, and for more than two decades had the privilege of studying directly with Judy Hall, my mentor in karmic and experiential astrology.
Over time, this path came together with regression therapy, awareness of the body and emotions, and Andean shamanic practices. From the integration of these experiences emerged what I now call Cosmic Blueprint Healing.
For me, a birth chart is neither a fixed description of a person nor a map of a destiny that has already been written. It is a living map of the energies we bring with us into this lifetime.
Experiential astrology has taught me not to stop at the question:
“What does this planet mean in my birth chart?”
but to go further:
“How does this energy live within me?”
How do I feel it in my body? How does it express itself through my emotions? Where does it flow naturally, and where have I blocked it? What resources does it reveal, and what part of me may still be waiting to be discovered?
In my own journey, this approach has helped me discover inner resources I did not even know I had and to align more deeply with who I am.
After approximately 55 years of study and exploration, I feel that the time has come to share this experience in a format that can also reach those who cannot work with me in person.
This is why I am now opening, for the first time, the Online Experiential Astrology Training.
Not simply to teach you how to interpret the planets.
But to invite you to meet them.

About the Training
Level I – The Personal Planets is an 8-session online Experiential Astrology programme combining astrological understanding with direct experience, body and emotional awareness, meditation, reflection, and experiential work in pairs and groups.
In Experiential Astrology, participants do not stop at learning the meaning of a planet or its position in a birth chart.
The question becomes:
“How does this energy live within me?”
In this way, astrology becomes a tool for self-awareness and personal exploration.
What makes this training different?
Each planetary archetype will be explored through a combination of:
- guided meditations;
- astrodrama;
- experiential exercises;
- work in pairs;
- small-group work;
- personal reflection;
- group exploration, facilitation and integration;
- integration of the experience into everyday life.
An important part of the experiential work will take place in pairs in breakout rooms, giving each participant space both for their own exploration and for the experience of accompanying another person.
The purpose is not to accumulate as much astrological information as possible, but to explore it through direct experience.

- people who want to know themselves more deeply;
- therapists and coaches;
- astrologers who want to work beyond the intellectual interpretation of a birth chart;
- anyone who feels that astrology can become a tool for personal development and self-awareness.
No previous knowledge of astrology is required.

How does each session work?
Each online session lasts approximately 2.5 hours and combines theoretical understanding with direct experience.
Before each meeting, participants will receive materials and reflection questions for individual exploration.
During the sessions, the work will include:
- introduction and exploration of the theme;
- guided meditations;
- experiential exercises;
- work in pairs and small groups;
- sharing experiences;
- group exploration, facilitation and integration;
- feedback and questions to support the individual process between sessions.
Before your first session
Before attending their first live session, every participant will receive an introductory video recording.
The recording will introduce the principles of Experiential Astrology and the working method, explain how exercises in pairs and groups are facilitated, and establish the framework for presence, punctuality, confidentiality and safety during the sessions.
This ensures that every participant enters their first session already familiar with the basic principles and framework of the process.
Participation
Level I is designed as a complete journey through 8 sessions, and participation in the full programme is recommended in order to experience the relationships and integration between the archetypes of the personal planets.
Subject to availability, it is also possible to attend individual sessions.

Participants who enrol in the complete Level I programme receive a complimentary 60-minute individual Holistic Coaching session with Monika Puiu.
