About Me – My Journey to Holistic Nutrition

Hi! I’m Atena, holistic nutrition and psychonutrition specialist, and my mission is to help you understand and heal your relationship with food, beyond rules and restrictions. My approach is different from that of classic nutritionists – I won’t tell you what you “can” and what you “can’t” eat, but I will guide you to discover the true causes of your dietary and emotional imbalances.

My spiritual journey began in 2018, at a time when I was searching for answers. I explored numerous healing techniques, did various types of therapies, experimented and learned. At a key moment in my life I was on the verge of illness and that moment was the turning point that brought me on my path.

That’s when I made the most important decision of my life: to completely change my lifestyle and begin the real healing process. And do you know what happened? When I started to heal on the inside, my body started to reflect this change on the outside. I realized that health is not just about what we eat or how much exercise we do – it is a balance between mind, body and soul.

Today, I study Nutrition at the University of Medicine, because this is the passion of my life. I want to help you too change your lifestyle, to find your balance and health, without frustration, without restrictions and without compromise.

Why is my approach different?

I am not just a nutritionist. I am a guide in your transformation process. I have international skills in:

Holistic nutrition, a concept through which I approach the person as a whole. I will not only teach you what to eat, but I will help you understand WHY you make certain food choices and HOW to find your balance without drastic restrictions.
