Mystic Mag – an interview by Petar Vohjinovic with monika puiu

I was invited by Mystic Mag to an interview about my activity and how it might help somebody to discover themselves and to heal old ingrained wounds.

Because I am often asked what I am actually doing and how this could possibly work for my clients, I would like to share the interview here.

We are so much more than just our mind. Still, most of us are using mainly the mind to go through life. A friend of mine said that many people have a body only to hold the head – and so it seems. Once you start listening to your body, you will discover that the body never lies. Our mind is often playing tricks on us, but the body does not.

In my work I listen to my body and to the body of my client. Together we detect where the blockages and traumas are and ofter also where it comes from.

I love to go back into previous lifetimes and bring healing to where it all started, but then we also re-install all our issues in the present life, at least those we have decided to work on in this live. So, we might as well stay in the present life and listen to what was happening and when it all started to find a key to unwind the trauma.

My ways to work are my shamanic tools, astrology meditation and deep listening.
