Most people have an idea about what yoga is, and based on that idea they decide whether to start attending a yoga class or to not step foot in one.
Let’s bring a little more clarity to the concept. Yoga is an entire way of conducting one’s life, a set of principles and behaviours that harmonize the body, mind and spirit and bring them together in unity (“unity” being one of the translated meanings of the Sanskrit word yoga).
Practicing yoga asana (postures) is not the same as living yoga, but it is a doorway into that life.
In time, yoga creates space in the body, opening it up, it enhances sensibility and sensitivity and these effects of the physical practice extend in time to deeper levels of awareness and we may notice that things start to change, to look and to feel different.
As complete and complex beings we have within us all the necessary resources to live with more awareness, in better harmony and communication with both the inside and the outside worlds.
It often happens that we lose focus, we get out of sync with ourselves and lose the act of presence with what is really important in life.
We have not been taught to keep and to grow these valuable resources, these skills.
Them being skills however, means that they can be trained. Some changes will come faster than others, some improvements you may feel right after the first class and some will be long in revealing themselves to you.
We invite you to join us on this self rediscovering and self enhancing journey. Feel for yourself the changes in your body when you start practicing mindfulness, postures and conscious breathing (all these are elements of our yoga classes).

The class is open to anyone, beginner to advanced practitioners. Every participant brings his/her own yoga mat, towel or other personal equipment.

Mini-group yoga session (80-90 minutes)
100 lei / session;
400 lei / package of 5 consecutive sessions
Book your spot by Tuesday at midnight for each Thursday practice via this site, phone, sms or WhatsApp. (Angela’s nr: 0723348995)
This session will be held for a minimum of 2 people and maximum of 6.
Individual yoga session (80-90 minutes)
200 lei / session – can be set at another time and on other days according to Angela’s availability and that of the yoga room.
800 lei / package of 5 consecutive sessions with the frequency of 1 day/week.
