At Wayra Astrae, there are many paths through which you can begin or continue a process of transformation. Sometimes, however, the first step is simply to understand where you are right now, what you are truly looking for, and which direction feels aligned with you.
I invite you to a session where we can meet and explore together what is present in your life at this moment.
You may be going through a period of change, facing repeating situations, experiencing challenges in relationships, asking deeper questions about the direction of your life, or simply feeling that it is time to look more deeply within yourself.
During this session, we will look at the bigger picture together: your body, emotions, mind, and soul perspective. We will explore what is visible now, but also which older patterns, beliefs, or experiences may be influencing from a deeper level the way you think, feel, and make choices.
We will look not only at what may be blocking you, but also at your resources — sometimes forgotten or hidden — that can support your next step.
At the end of the session, I will suggest possible directions that I feel may best support your personal process at this moment. This may be an individual therapy session, a workshop, a training, a practice, or simply a new perspective to take with you on your journey.
The purpose of this meeting is not to convince you to follow a program, but to offer you clarity and orientation.
