Art Therapy is an active form of therapy that views the creation of a therapeutic session as a process of self-revelation, awareness, but also reinvention, self-recreation and finding new creative ways of action. In an Art Therapy session you will see, experience and feel how you can shape your own trauma and bring peace or new solutions where needed.
The materials are sensory instruments that communicate directly with the body, and which, by avoiding the defense systems of the mind, can reveal traumas that have entered the body before learning spoken language. Using the same “drawn” language, old traumas can find their solution, through the symbolic transformation of the drawing.
The effects of Art Therapy occur on four levels: psychological, physiological, social and behavioral.
Imagination and creativity, together with the process of contemplating, creating and transforming a work of art in a therapeutic context, have the power to restructure and change the cognitions and behaviors of the individual in his favor.
Art has been used in healing since ancient times. In certain traditions it is considered that through symbolic creation things can materialize in the world in which we live.

- 1050 lei/ Subscription of 5 therapies (instead of 1200 Lei)* All payment at the first session or 50 % at the first session and 50 % at the 3rd session.

Cancelletaion with 24 hours before the agreed rental time will be charged with 50 % of the respective rent.
